The News of Maryam Nawaz Using Helicopter To Go To Office Is Fake

A news clip went viral on social media claiming the newly elected Chief Minister Maryam Nawaz had decided to use a helicopter to commute to the office from her residence (Jati Umrah). it further stated that this decision was made to avoid traffic jams. This claim was widely shared on social media platforms, particularly X (formerly Twitter), by supporters of Tehreek-i-Insaaf. Social media users widely criticized the decision.

Another user wrote,” Newly elected Chief Minister Punjab Maryam Nawaz has decided to travel from Jati Amra to the Chief Minister House by helicopter. Along with Maryam Nawaz her staff will also travel in a helicopter.”
